Construction on the Elk Cotton Mills began in 1900. The neighborhood around it still carries the name Elk Mill Village.
Today its 129,939 square feet house manufacturers, warehouses and local businesses. We're restoring it one building at a time, keeping the mill working while it comes back to life.
